KAYT Band is an Armenia-based music group designed by Kayt Cultural Hub.
Kayt Band aims to perform traditional Armenian folk songs and melodies in contemporary arrangements mostly using folk musical instruments.

Most of the pieces performed by Kayt Band represent Armenian oral tradition recorded and transcribed from folk informants throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. Being the first stage performer of a large number of Armenian folk songs and melodies, Kayt Band seeks to preserve the tradition integrating it into the repertoire of modern performers.
